1. Instant Destruction of Images & AI Processing

When you upload a screenshot or image to match fonts, the image is passed securely over SSL/TLS directly to our secure matching algorithm powered by the Google Gemini API. The image is processed entirely in temporary computer memory (RAM) and is immediately deleted once the font analysis is complete. We do not store, log, or catalog any of your uploaded images on our servers, and your uploads are never used to train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

2. Payment & Billing Info

If you subscribe to our Premium tier ($9/month), your payment details are sent directly to our secure PCI-compliant processor (Stripe). We never see, receive, or store your credit card or billing details.

3. Authentication, Account Data, & Google API Compliance

When you log in using Google Sign-In, we retrieve your email address, display name, and unique profile ID. We store this information securely on our backend database to create your account, manage your subscription access, personalize your profile settings, and track scan usage. We do not sell, share, or use your profile data for advertising.

Fontter's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Cookies & Telemetry

We use minimal local browser storage to save your recent scans on your own device. We do not run any ad-targeting tracking pixels, we do not package your queries for sale, and we do not monitor your actions across the web.

5. General Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can update your billing settings or request the deletion of your account and associated database profile data at any time. Because we do not store your uploaded image specimens, there are no files or search history logs to extract.
